Upon purchase, you will receive an email confirming your purchase from our shopify store.

Within 24 hours (Monday-Friday) you will receive a second email directly from Lisa at Teampall Croí na Mara to guide you through your course and membership enrolment process. Here you will receive a link to create your student portal through the Croí na Mara website.

You will also receive a welcome email with further details on community and course access.

You will have the option to create your own password. Within your student portal (your own personal library) you will find the access tab to the course you have purchased.

Note: Courses are optimised for web browser and larger screens. While you will have full access from your mobile, you will find the experience of accessing through a larger screen more comfortable.

This journey is a blend of self-paced, online learning and an in-person journey of initiation within the natural elements. 

You are responsible for your own attendance on the confirmed live in-person date. Due to the blended nature of the course, no refunds will be issued due to non-attendance. 

If, within 60 days of purchase, you are unhappy with the course, you may request a refund. After 60 days, this course is non-refundable.
